 After another mostly sleepless night I was up and stripped the bed and changed the bedding and put washer on, I have an infection in the mouth and have to go back to dentist tommorow for antibiotics as the pain is bad and it's raising my temp and I am perspiring badly in bed hence the change this morning.

Now I am settling down to try to take a bit chunk out of the book editing today although I might just nod off on the sofa at some point.
